Aroztegui Studios
Rustic country estate, perfect for filming in a natural environment near the city
Aroztegui Studios is a rustic space on the outskirts of Madrid, in the town of Colmenar Viejo. Covering a surface area of 30,000 square metres it has 5 closed units that range from 300 to 600 square metres. A country estate with all the appropriate filming licences and interior and exterior locations in a natural environment.
Formerly known as the Tablada Studios, they have a long history in the film industry given that the area it is located in, the Dehesa del Navalvillar, was the location for period films such as Spartacus (1960) or El Cid (1961).
The facilities are completed with a carpentry workshop, green areas, a rest area, a car park, toilets, a kitchen and offices. They stand out for their set design and construction service and they also have props available. The settings range from natural environments to westerns, horror movies, period films, and they provide an assistance and production service.
